Manufacturing/Building Method
Mass produced in Uganda using locally collected waste. Briketi Briquettes are made from banana peelings. The peelings are spread in the sun until they are dry. The dried peelings are burnt in a drum until they become ash. The ash is poured into another vessel and left to cool. Cassava flour mixed with water is added to the crushed stock to help it stick together. The solution is put into a machine which partitions it into briquettes.
