MamaOpe consists of a wearable jacket and an app to test the breathing rate and temperature of  child. It then compares the measurements to a database for monitoring and diagnosis of pneumonia. This product is still on a prototyping phase and has not undergone medical trials yet.

Design Specifications

The kit consists of a bio-medical ‘smart jacket’ and a corresponding application. It fits to the patient and "measures temperature and breathing rate, and compares it to a database of parameters". The Jacket can be adjusted and is made with material that can be easily sanitized by wiping it.
