Design Specifications

TaroWorks helps nonprofit organizations track fieldworkers' performance by connecting remote fieldworkers directly to Salesforce. It allows teams to use Salesforce online. TaroWorks is designed on following principles:

  • Individualized data ownership: each fieldworker is assigned specific records.
  • Offline cloud access: remote fieldworkers have access to records from the offline CRM platform, and can upload their data once connected to the Internet.
  • Performance management: each fieldworker can be assessed individually.
