About Romulo Martins

As an experienced researcher in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering, I have honed my skills in hands-on experimental and analytical research through work in both Brazil and the US. Additionally, I have developed a strong leadership ability, having mentored, and taught undergraduate students. In the industry, I oversaw the construction and commissioning of off-shore platforms. Through these experiences, I have also acquired valuable project management, planning, and continuous improvement skills. My passion lies in developing impactful technologies and creative engineering solutions to address environmental and social challenges. I take a people-oriented approach, believing that success can only be achieved by engaging teams and working towards a common goal.
