This navigation-grade MEMS gyroscope maintains the original level of accuracy and achieves a breakthrough in range. MEMS gyroscope can be divided into navigation level, tactical level and consumer level according to the accuracy level, this MEMS gyroscope as the highest precision level of navigation level MEMS gyroscope, its bias instability is 0.02 deg/hr, and the angular random walk is 0.005°/√h. Above this accuracy level, the range of previous MEMS gyroscopes can reach the level of 50-100 deg/s.
