Watershed is a software platform for running a world-class climate program. We measure our success in the carbon reduction achievements of our customers. We are looking for team members who love building the enabling systems that empower other engineers and power a high quality product experience.

We are adding a new specialty within our Infrastructure team: someone who will be focused on developer tooling to support great developer experience and velocity. This is very high impact role, with opportunity to accelerate our entire Engineering organization.

In this role, you will:

• Own the developer experience, and be the lead for improving tools, systems, and practices
• Create tooling that implements and enforces our software development best practices, both for local development and CI
• Work with Cloud Infrastructure to design and implement additional testing, staging, and release workflows
• Instrument metrics for local development, CI/CD times, code review
