Product Description

The CalWave Hydronode operates using a single power-take-off (PTO) and surface piercing point absorber to utilize wave energy to desalinate seawater. The system uses a commercial-off-the-shelf reverse osmosis unit and was designed to be small for rapid deployment while also allowing for the potential to scale. The system can provide fresh water for off-grid applications using wave energy for remote and rural communities.
