Ola Cabs offers city taxis, inter-city cabs, and rentals at hourly rates. Vehicles are available 24/7 and passengers can either ride instantly or book a ride. Inter-city cabs (outstation) is preferable when passengers need to go from one city to another. The cabs are available in 1 hour or users can book the ride up to 7 days in advance. Rental packages are available from 1 to 12 hours, and numerous types of vehicles are available. All vehicles support cashless payments through Ola Money or credit/debit card. Users can follow these steps to use the service:

1. Download Ola Cabs application from either Play Store, App Store or Microsoft Store
2. Set your pickup location
3. See all available cabs/taxis near your location being displayed on the map
4. Choose from multiple payment options including cash, Ola Money, UPI, credit card, etc.
5. Pick the type of vehicle you want and tap "Ride Now"
6. Get instant confirmation with trip details
7. Track your cab in real time
